Celebrate 15 years of Hatchmania with Central Market this year as a native Texan but resident of New York City goes up against a seasoned Hatch expert, our own, Gene Christiano. Each chef has been encouraged to bring his own style to the dishes while using minimal ingredients and quick preparation. Pick up lots of tips, enjoy light-hearted repartee and sample six dishes that feature everyone's favorite chile.
