SNAP Hosting Chocolate Ball on November 7, 2009
The North Texas SNAP will be hosting their annual gala on November 7, 2009 at the Marriott Solana Hotel in Westlake.
This year's theme, "The Chocolate Ball - 10 Years of SNAP", is a celebration of Special Needs Assistance Partners ten years of providing supports for young adults with disabilities.

North Texas SNAP, Inc., was formed in 1999 as a non-profit organization by a group of concerned parents to address the needs of teenagers and young adults with cognitive disabilities in Northeast Tarrant County. A cognitive disability is any disability that impacts an individual's ability to access, process or remember information. Our membership represent various types of disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, mental retardation, neurological impairment, developmental disability and autism.
