Southlake DPS Headquarters Grand Opening Event - VIDEO

The Southlake DPS Headquarters officially opened its doors on January 8, 2010 for the Grand Opening Ceremony. The 85,000 plus square foot facility is now the home of three shifts of firefighters, Fire command staff, fire administration, as well as several branches of police services including CID, records and Police command staff and administration.

The building addess is 600 State street just off of Carroll Avenue and Division.

The Carroll Theatre Department is among the first high schools in the nation to premiere Irving Berlin’s “White Christmas” during the 2009 Holiday Season. Based on the beloved, timeless film, this heartwarming musical adaptation features seventeen Irving Berlin songs and a book by David Ives and Paul Blake. The Great Trail Drive 2009 - VIDEO!

Annually, the largest fundraiser for Rocky Top Therapy Center is true Texas trail drive along the banks of the Trinity River following the historic Chisholm Trail in Fort Worth. This year, Larry Mahan, world champion cowboy, returned as the Honorary Trail Boss. This year's Trail Drive is dedicated to the men and women who so bravely serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. Then.....everyone kicked up their heels at the end of the day for the "Denim & Pearls" Dinner Dance at the River Ranch in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Neuro Assistance Foundation Video

The Neuro Assistance Foundation hosted a Run, Walk & Roll Fundraiser benefiting their organization on Saturday, November 21 at the Central Market in Southlake. The 1st Annual Carnivale Casino Night was also held on September 26th at the DFW Marriott Solana which included Dinner, Silent & Live Auctions, Raffle, Casino Tables, Texas Hold 'Em Tournament.

The Neuro Assistance Foundation is a Keller-based non-profit that assists spinal cord injured/disabled people in the area with mobility equipment, technology, vehicles and home modifications that they can't afford on their own and can't get through any other source.

North Texas Walk for PKD - VIDEO!

The North Texas Walk for PKD was on September 26, 2009. Hundreds of local people gathered at Southlake Town Square for the Annual Walk and Fundraiser. There was music, food and fun for all that came out to walk for a great cause! Because of the fundraising efforts, North Texas Walk for PKD raised $71,295 towards the goal of $115,000 for 2009. Art in the Square 2009 - Video

Southlake Women's Club is proud to host the Annual three-day juried art festival in Southlake Town Square. "Art in the Square" features over 140 artists, food, entertainment, wine tasting and activities throughout the weekend for the entire family. Proceeds from this event are given to local Northeast Tarrant County Charities benefiting women and children.
