New Red Light Cameras - Warning Period until May 2, 2009
The warning period for the City’s newest red-light cameras started Tuesday, March 31. The cameras can be found at the following intersections:
• Carroll at East Southlake Blvd. (FM1709)
• Kimball at East Southlake Blvd. (FM1709)
• Davis (FM1938) at West Southlake Blvd. (FM1709)
• Peytonville at West Southlake Blvd. (FM1709)
Warning Notices will be mailed to drivers captured running a red light. Violation Notices are scheduled to start being issued on Saturday, May 2, 2009. Please call Sgt. Michael Bedrich for more information at 817-748-8137.
Summer Santa Luncheon
Location: DFW Airport Hyatt Regency
Time: 11:30am
Called “What’s Love Got To Do With It? – the luncheon will follow up on last year’s successful Fauxprah luncheon with, you got it, Tina Turner (or someone very close!). Details are coming, but here’s a hint about how special and extraordinary this event will be: Summer Santa is using the event to honor area charities that we partner with and others that make a deep commitment to the community.
