Run, Walk & Roll 5K for Neuro Assistance Foundation

Run, Walk or Roll with us to raise money for spinal cord injured and disabled people in our community. The run is a certified 5K Course beginning behind Central Market and The Shops of Southlake (1425 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092).

Race Day registration and chip pick-up opens at 7:30 a.m.

9:00 a.m. 1-mile run/walk

9:25 a.m. 5K timed handcycle race

9:30 a.m. 5K run/walk

Entry Fee: $20.00 if postmarked by Nov 9th $15.00 (each) for groups of 5 or more if postmarked or paid on-line by Nov 9th

$25.00 after Nov 9th

Bird on the Run - 4 Mile Trail Run 1 Mile Fun Run - Saturday, October 3rd

Join the Bob Jones Nature Center Organization and the City of Southlake for the First Annual "Bird on the Run" Series, Saturday, October 3rd, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm at the Bob Jones Nature Center and Preserve, 355 E. Bob Jones Road, Southlake, TX 76092. All proceeds benefit the Bob Jones Nature Center Organization. The schedule of events includes a 4 Mile Trail Run at 3:15 pm followed by a 1 Mile Fun Run at 5:00 pm.
