Carroll Education Foundation Culinary Celebration - Sunday, October 4th
Carroll Education Foundation of Southlake invites you to their annual Culinary Celebration at The Hyatt Regency DFW on Sunday, October 4 from 6-10 p.m. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The Southlake CEF Culinary Celebration aims high to raise money for students and teachers of Carroll Independent School District. The 13th annual event will feature more than 30 Metroplex chefs, specialty wines and cocktails, live and silent auctions, a big board and much more. The live auction will feature exciting items including a unique item from Park Place Lexus, an original artwork from one of our own CISD students, a trip to the wine country, and a special Carroll Dragon surprise.
There will be wonderful items featured on the silent auction and big board including sports memorabilia, trips, and jewelry from Grayson Allen Fine Jewelers. The wine pull also will offer unbelievable deals where you will pay $30 for a bottle of wine that could be valued at more than $250.
This year’s event will also feature live entertainment by Railhead. Railhead has performed across the DFW Metroplex in numerous venues and at festivals including Southlake’s Oktoberfest. They have been featured at the Hard Rock Café in Atlanta and The House of Blues in Orlando.
This annual fundraiser for Carroll Education Foundation raises funds to support the children and teachers of Southlake Carroll Independent School District. Teachers receive grants from CEF for innovative ideas that will enhance the learning experience of their students. Students can also receive scholarships their senior year from CEF.
Culinary Celebration 2008 raised more than $285,000, all of which was used to provide numerous teacher grants and student scholarships benefiting the children of the Carroll Independent School District.
