One of the projects Carol is involved with is close to her heart. Since 1996, she continues to serve as a recipe developer and National Volunteer Spokesperson for the American Heart Association cookbooks. Carol has traveled throughout the US promoting heart-health. Her heart-healthy lifestyle has helped lower her cholesterol and risk of heart disease and stroke. It has also infused a heart-felt mission to share her knowledge.

Carol’s focus is to teach and inspire the home cook with user-friendly recipes/techniques in three main areas: classic technique, strategies for the quick-cook and heart-healthy fundamentals. What better place to showcase her amazing talents than at Central Market Southlake?
