If you are passionate about tomatoes and big bold flavors, this class is for you! Chef Johnny's enthusiasm and natural talent for teaching will increase your confidence in building flavors as he prepares some of his favorite dishes right before your eyes. Menu includes:
- Grilled Filet of Beef Slider with Tomato Marmalade, Fresh Ketchup & Caramelized Yellow Onions
- Tomato Gazpacho with Vanilla Poached Lobster
- Stuffed Shrimp wrapped in Peppered Bacon with Crab & Smoked Cheese
- Tomato Provence with Sliced Potatoes
- Yellow Onions & Parmesan Cheese
- Tomato & Berry Cobbler
