Coal Vines is the newest concept developed by Joseph Palladino. It is a casual neighborhood restaurant that is reminiscent of Mr. Palladino’s upbringing in New York. Coal Vine’s is a specialty pizzeria complemented by a full menu and a small, but select wine list that is synonymous with quality and also a reasonable price point.

Located in The Shops of Southlake (Near Central Market), Coal Vines Pizza and Wine Bar offers a rich dining experience with table service, great selection of wines by the glass or bottle, all in an upscale casual environment without the upscale price! With its coal-burning oven, this is probably the closest you will come to authentic New York pizza. The menu includes many items such as Pizzas (including the White Pizza), Grilled Flank Steak Salad, Eggplant Milanese Sandwich, Coal Vine’s Spiced Salmon, Tilapia Piccata and amazing deserts like the Tiramisu Float. The chef also has specials which alternate throughout the week, using the freshest ingredients and adding his creative flair. Also known as a casual Wine Bar, Coal Vines Southlake offers wine by the glass or bottle.

Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 3pm. Offering a Brunch Menu that includes many favorites, $3.00 Mimosas/Poinsettias/Bellini’s AND Kids 12 & under eat FREE from the Kid's Menu with the purchase of an adult entree.
