ASTRA is a volunteer organization that provides young people with opportunities for personal development, career planning, leadership training and citizenship development.

ASTRA gives its members an opportunity to provide hands-on service to their schools and communities while interacting with business, professional and civic leaders who are members of the sponsoring Altrusa Club.
