European Day Spa more like GHETTO day spa! Just one word describes this place and its UNPROFESSIONAL!! The people there don't all speak english they YELL in their own language. I went there to relax and left stressed and angry. I got a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The facial would've been nice if the person that was giving the facial wasn't on the phone! The phone rang while I was receiving my service and she also made phone calls to her significant other. It was also interuppted by other employees numerous times and the worse was when she left me in there for 45 minutes in a cold and dark room so she can hurry and do someone else's manicure!! My manicure and pedicure was by another lady which was also horrible...she slapped on the polish so quick that the massage was forgotten. Then she likes to ask very personal questions like how much is your salary. I thought she rushed thru both of my services because she was in a hurry to get home because it was closing time but after she was done she just sat there and waited for someone to pick her up. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have never gotten a service from a spa and left so furious!
