First Friday was designed to impart hope and inspire every woman in our community to live life to her highest potential.

It's easy in our "high expectations-high stress" culture, to live life well below the way we were meant to live. With all the ways we pour ourselves out to others, it's easy to never take time to re-fill our own minds and hearts so we have something to spill out to family, friends and neighbors.

How do we get time for our own personal development? We take time! For one hour a month, we offer you a safe place to fill yourself up - a "filling station" for your personal journey; and proven ways to deal with challenges we as women face every day. Whether you're single, married, divorced, feel down-and-out or are celebrating life, you'll be welcomed, energized and inspired through First Friday.
