Chartered in 1995, the Gardner Institute grew out of Dr. Jayne Gardner’s work as a counselor and therapist coupled with her study of family communications. Through keen observation and her years of experience working with families, she began to document patterns relative to positive change in people - in other words, what worked and what didn’t. Drawing from these patterns and seeing the world’s need for a transformational process, she united the disciplines of family systems theory, neuroscience, physics, and spirituality in two processes for individual change called Mindset for Success and Mindset of Christ.

Keeping true to their mission statement: “to light up the human spirit one person at a time, through counseling, coaching and coach training,” their hope is that each person that touches the Gardner Institute leaves with a stronger presence, skills and ability to touch others in a vertically deep way and make a positive impact in their closest relationships.
