Agency owner, Karen Dawson, is a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC), a Certified Cruise Consultant (ACC), a Certified Caribbean Specialist, a Certified Golf Specialist, and a Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE).

Professionally, she has been with Sabre, Virtuoso, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Travel Agents International and managed various independent agencies. She has been a corporate travel and meeting manager for a $100B investment firm and taught travel, tourism, meeting and event management at several colleges.
