Our Great City

At Top Flight Gymnastics Training Center of Southlake, we create an environment where the love of gymnastics is combined with both quality coaching and safety to help each individual gymnast maximize his or her potential. We are committed to providing the best programs to promote fun and safety in the gym. Our gym offers the highest quality of coaches and staff and is a member of the United States Gymnastics Association and United States Elite Coaches Association.

We offer the following classes:

- Parent & Tot – This program begins at 18 months until the child is 3 years old. Parents attend class with their children and assist during class time.

- Preschool Gymnastics – This program is from age 3 to 6 and there are 3 different levels in this program.

- Girls Classes – Girls classes begin at age 6 and broken down into different age groups. There are 6 different class levels and girls must be evaluated to find out which one is appropriate for them to start in. Our girl’s class program uses the Fun & Fit Gymnastics Program, which is used in over 100 gyms worldwide.

- Boys Classes - Boys classes begin at age 6 and broken down into different age groups. This program has three different levels and boys must be tested to find their appropriate level.

- Tumble & Trampoline – This program is for ages 5 and up and includes boys and girls.

- Cheerleading – Cheerleading and Tumbling classes are for ages 5 and up.

- Gymnastics Team – Team programs are available by invitation only. Students will be evaluated by coaches.

Birthday Parties and Sleepovers!
We accommodate all children ages 4 and up for Birthday Parties and Sleepovers. For more information about a party, see Brochure attachment or call us for dates and details!
