The Warren family is proud to call Southlake home. The Warren family, Harris, Melissa, Miles and Reed moved to the area 7 Months ago from the South Lake Tahoe Area. Family and opportunity brought about the move from California to Texas. Melissa’s Family Robert and Linda Ayr have been Southlake Residents for almost 3 years and helped to bring laser focus to Southlake as the Warren’s new destination.

Harris and Melissa have been married for 14 years and have two boys, Miles 8, and Reed 6. The family pets include two cats named Star and Oreo. The Warren’s have lived in three different states and moved to Southlake for the schools and the quality of life..

Melissa is a professional artist and goes by her artist name ‘Melissa Ayr’ (www.melissaart.com). Melissa is known for her large format abstract art. Melissa is a “Muse of Color” and her colorful oil on canvas art pieces are the perfect addition to the distictive homes here in Southlake.

Melissa has been a professional artist for over 13 years and has sold internationally. At age 19 she won recognition as an up and coming ABSTRACT ARTIST and her work was then hung in the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Melissa paints everyday and believes that anyone can be an artist.

Melissa hangs in various Hospitals, Galleries, Buinesses, and Fine Homes thoughout the United States. Through private collectors Melissa’s art hangs in homes and buinesses internationally in France, Austrailia, The United Kingdom, and Canada. You can see Melissa’s current abstract paintings hanging locally at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Art251 Gallery, Grapevine Main Street Art Gallery, and the Jordan Art Gallery. Harris works in Business Development for a local Company and is actively in pre-production to put a safe and clinically effective weightloss supplement on Television. (www.bioslife.tv).

The Warren boys are also very busy. Both boys played baseball in Southlake during the spring and will play football as “Dragons” in the fall of this year. The Warren family feels lucky to be in a place where so many youth activities are offered.

The boys enjoy playing many sports including football, swimming, skiing, karate, soccer and baseball. The Warren’s love the outdoors and enjoy spending time with their family and friends.

Moving to Texas, the Warren’s have found Southlake to be a wonderful community with safe neighborhoods, outstanding education, and lots of things to do. Southlake makes the perfect place to raise to healthy happy boys. Harris and Melissa are truely blessed with their family, new friends and the wonderful opportunites that Southlake offers.
