Mark your calendar Southlake will celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, October 7th in the gazebo and park area of Town Square. The Carroll Senior High School Jazz Band will perform during the event while members of the community gather to enjoy various displays. Police and Fire vehicles will be on display, along with various civic group displays with resource information. McGruff the Crime Dog will be at the event
for photos with the kids, along with balloons, face painting, and reps from various neighborhood watch groups, Cook Children’s Hospital, and more. The Texas NNO group recently approved a change in the National Night Event, providing cities with the option of hosting NNO in October instead of August so the temperatures would be more amenable for outdoor events.
