Our Great City

GRACE is a faith-based non-profit relief agency that provides food, clothing, and other emergency assistance to people who are in need in Grapevine, Colleyville or Southlake.  Extended resources through transitional housing and case management are directed toward developing self-sufficiency.  Compassion and assistance are offered as a response to God's grace in partnership with local churches, municipalities, businesses, civic organizations and individuals.  Services are provided without regard to race, age, sex, nationality or creed.  Local volunteers and staff work together to address client needs and restore hope to families in crisis.

Emergency Assistance - Rent Assistance, Ultility Bill Assistance and Prescription Assistance

Transitional Housing - Temporary Housing for homeless families and Comprehensive Case Managment

Community Health Clinic - Routine Office visits and Health Screenings, Medication Assistance, Health Education classes and Diabetes education & management

Client Choice Food Pantry - Client Choice shopping environment & Recipes, nutrition & cooking classes

Tech Center - Job skill enhancing technology training and Standardized business software training

Clothing Room - Clothing provided for each season and Bed linens, towels & blankets

Seasonal Programs - School Supplies, Christmas Cottage, Children's Summer Lunch Program (Feed our Kids) and Holiday food basket distribution
